Slam Entertainment Caught Up with Franco Di Cesare, He is a Songwriter & Rapper From The United States. Checkout what He has to say in His Interview Below:
Slam Ent: What is your name? Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
Franco Di Cesare: My Name is Franco Di Cesare. I grew up in Detroit, Michigan.
I have always been into making music since I was little. When I was 5 years old I was in my school talent show I made up an original song and played it on a Casio keyboard for the whole school. 6th grade I wrote and performed an original rap I wrote and all the teachers were on stage with me rocking to it. In Jr high and high school I ran for class president and won. All my speeches were rap songs of why I should be the class president. Music has always been in my blood. Being an artist was just my calling.
Slam Ent: How did you come up with your Stage name?
Franco Di Cesare: My last name is Di Cesare. I just removed the Di and went with Cesare.
Slam Ent: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration?
Franco Di Cesare: Everywhere. Life. Experiences. Friends, family, strangers. Enemies. Nature. I gather inspiration from everywhere. I feel and see alot all the time everyday.
Slam Ent: Any planned studio upgrades? What are you working with now?
Franco Di Cesare: My studio is pretty good now. No plans for any upgrades at the moment. Currently I record with protools, 64 track mixer. I have a triton keyboard, motif and fantom as well. Along with a Mpc Renaissance. That’s where I get all my dope sounds from for my music. I also have a vintage old school record player and new turn tables for sampling.. I love that old sound. It gives music that extra something. I record my vocals on my Neumann’s TLM 103 Anniversary edition microphone. And countless plugins and extra additions . There is so much that is in the recording software. It seems to never end.
